Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Black & Bloom Collective, but we understand that sometimes something just doesn’t work out.

Returns Within 10 Days

Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Returns After 10 Days

Eligible items returned after the 10 day refund window, but within 30 days of delivery, may be returned for store credit only.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 30 days.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with the original tags attached.

Items must also be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, pet hair, and any other signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied a refund or store credit.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If Black & Bloom Collective provides a return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, Black & Bloom Collective will cover the cost of return shipping and work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for us to inspect and process it.

Approved refunds within the 10 day return window will be issued to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Approved returns received after the 10 day refund window and within 30 days of delivery will be issued as store credit.
